Hi! My name is Sabrina LeBeouf and I am the new moderator for the LaTESOL blog. Our parish is interested in finding out how other parishes address the issue of grading non or limited English speaking ELL's. We realize they should not be held to the same criteria as English speaking students but require grades as well.
